Shipping

We provide free shipping on all of our products.  Some products are shipped from our store in Plano, Texas while others are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.

We ship all order as processed and we estimate two weeks delivery time for items shipped from our store.  Delivery time from manufacturers depends on their inventory, location, and method of shipping. 

We will always provide you with all the information available regarding the status of your order, including tracking numbers, when available.

Returns

We will refund any unopened resalable products in full. You just pay the cost of shipping back to us.

We will replace any damaged items, and we will pay the cost of shipping.

We will issue store credit for returned purchases that are opened and/or used.
